How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If you live on Australia’s east coast allow 2-3 working days. For the west coast & Tasmania allow 5 working days. NZ should take no longer than 7 days. International orders depend on where you live in the world, 7 – 10 days is the average. Please note shipping may take longer during Covid 19.

We use Paypal – it is safe and secure. You can use your debit or credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. We also accept Afterpay and the repayments are shown at checkout.

How Can I Cancel Or Change An Order?
It’s best to check your order carefully before checking out. However if you do realise you have made a mistake please contact us immediately so we can sort it out for you.
Is There A Warranty On My Sunglasses?
Yes, we guarantee the frames free from any manufacturing defects for 12 months. We offer a replacement on return of the damaged goods (or emailed picture). We DO NOT guarantee for loss or accidental damages. The lenses are not covered as they are classified as wear and tear items. For details, please contact us.
Can I Return An Order?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your order for replacement or refund within 2 days of receipt. However, the product must be in the original packaging and in new, unworn condition. Please contact us first to let us know you are returning an order.

How Do I Clean My Sunglasses?
Always use a micro fibre cloth. The pouch that came with your sunnies is perfect. In a pinch it’s best to use a soft tissue and some warm water. Don’t use your clothing as this is the guaranteed way to scratch the lenses!
