STOCKIST TERMS & CONDITIONS

In addition to our regular Terms & Conditions, the following T&C applies to stockist customers:

Minimum order
There is no minimum order quantity however we prefer a minimum of 24 items (any mix of styles is fine) per order.

To order
You can order via our website once you log in as a stockist. Alternatively if you would like to email us your order or phone us, please find contact details below.

Guarantee
We guarantee our frames for 12 months from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defects. If there is a fault we require you to contact us immediately, send us a photo of the damaged frame and call us to organise replacement.

Please note we do not guarantee the frames if your customers have mis-used the sunglasses in any way or have used them for a purpose they are not designed for.

Payment
Payment is required prior to despatch. You can pay by direct deposit to our bank account, by Paypal or call us with your credit card details. A receipt of payment will be sent along with your official invoice with the order.

The sunglasses remain the property of Savage Sunglasses until full payment is received.

Postage
For all stockist orders we charge a flat  $17 postage & handling fee regardless of the quantity ordered. This is non-negotiable.

If you request priority shipping or express post we reserve the right to increase the postage fee accordingly. Please call us to organise.

Returns
We will accept returns in the unlikely event we have supplied faulty sunglasses or If you change your mind. You must notify us within 2 days of receipt of your order. Otherwise we presume that the sunglasses as supplied meet your order request.

For faulty items please send a picture of the sunglasses so we can inspect the defect.


Savage Sunglasses reserve the right to update/change the above terms and conditions at any time without notice.
